- 
Facilities Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards.
 - Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building upkeep.
 - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the life of building equipment.
 - Manage facility budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions for facility-related services and projects.
 
 - 
Equipment Management:
- Ensure all production equipment is properly maintained and functions efficiently.
 - Maintain large loss and storm equipment, ensuring it is always ready to go.
 - Develop and implement production equipment maintenance schedules and protocols.
 - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for production equipment repairs and maintenance.
 - Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
 - Install and maintain asset tracking on equipment.
 - Enter new equipment in the software system and track in-service and out-of-service.
 - Perform equipment inventories.
 - Deliver and set up equipment as needed during heavy business or large losses.
 
 - 
Fleet Management:
- Oversee the management of the company’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.
 - Develop and enforce fleet management policies, including usage, maintenance, and safety protocols.
 - Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs of all vehicles.
 - Track and report on fleet performance, expenses, and compliance with safety standards.
 
 - 
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as, company policies and procedures.
 - Develop and implement safety programs and emergency response plans.
 - Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
 - Provide training and support to staff on safety protocols and best practices.
 
 - 
Management:
- Provide guidance, training, and support on new equipment and procedures.
 - Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
 - Develop and implement performance metrics and goals for each facility.
 - Maintain and order consumables for each location. Identify the best pricing from each vendor and purchase on cost and quality analysis.
 - Take on projects and other tasks deemed necessary by Sr. Management.
 
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably managing multiple locations.
 - Proven experience in equipment and fleet management.
 - Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
 - Excellent leadership and team management skills.
 - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
 - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
 - Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between locations as needed.
